Job Description
The Gym Group is seeking a Fitness Manager to join their Manchester Old Trafford gym. The role involves supporting the General Manager, leading the team of fitness trainers, and driving member satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, a result-driven mindset, and excellent leadership skills.
Requirements
- Level 2 qualified Fitness Instructor or currently studying for the qualification
- Passion for health, fitness, well-being, and all-round excellence
- Proven track record of success and a winning attitude
- Leadership skills and ability to work within compliance parameters
