Job Description
The Gym Group is looking for a Fitness Supervisor to join their team in Slough. As a Fitness Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager and team to deliver a great gym experience for members, leading group exercise classes, and ensuring compliance with H&S policies and procedures. You will also be expected to role model the Gym Group values and work as part of a team.
Requirements
- Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer
- Passion for health, fitness, well-being, and excellence
- Lead from the front and by example
- Commitment to understanding member expectations
- Proven track record of success
- Proactive in business development
- Ability to follow compliance and H&S policies
