The Administrative Assistant will provide effective and innovative administrative support, improving productivity through efficient planning, disciplined time management, and effective information management.
Requirements
- Administrative experience in multi-family property management preferred
- Ability to independently plan, organize, schedule, coordinate and make decisions and judgments
- Ability to troubleshoot and find resolutions independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn new accounting software programs (ie: Yardi)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe and PowerPoint
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
