Job Description
The SAP SAC Support Subcontractor provides business technology support, service management, and relationship management for SAP Analytics applications.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP support
- Experience with developing and customizing CDS views
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- SAP Datasphere expertise a plus
- SAP Business Warehouse experience a plus
- Experience navigating within SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Fiori
- Good understanding of SAP business process, modules and data across Finance, Sales, Manufacturing
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage high-pressure situations in a production environment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions
