Project Superintendent - Healthcare Construction

The Project Superintendent will manage field operations on assigned projects to ensure completion within budget, schedule, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 9 years of progressive field construction experience
• High level of technical knowledge and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in reading plans and specifications
• Demonstrated ability to thoroughly understand project finances
• Demonstrated effective verbal, written, skills
• Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Valid driver’s license and motor vehicle record must meet standards of insurability
• Familiarity with PM software (Procore preferred) and Microsoft Suite
