Senior Project Estimator - Commercial Construction

We are looking for a Senior Project Estimator to lead estimating efforts for complex commercial construction projects, partnering with project teams, designers, trade partners, and owners to develop thoughtful, accurate, and competitive estimates.

Requirements

• 8+ years of construction estimating experience, preferably in commercial construction
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, materials, and sequencing
• Proven ability to independently manage complex estimates
• Experience reviewing front-end specifications and contract language
• Proficiency with estimating and project management tools
• Strong communication skills and professional judgment
