Job Description
Permanent, full-time position. Responsible for supervising all medical aspects of the Program, directing the Local Health Officers team, ensuring the proper deployment of first response teams, as well as their equipment and training to face operational accidents or emergency situations.
Requirements
- Professional or Technical in Nursing
- Minimum 5 years of experience for a Technician or minimum 2 years of experience for a professional in the area of traumatology, emergencies, or work in the field
- Solid knowledge of occupational health, first aid, pharmacology (desirable)
- Team management and leadership skills
- Availability to travel to HALO Colombia regional locations (Antioquia, Meta, Cauca, Norte de Santander) and make regular visits to the administrative office in Bogotá D.C.
