Philanthropy and Partnerships Lead - Singapore

The HALO Trust invites applications from consultants to lead a one-year market-entry approach into the philanthropic ecosystem across APAC, with Singapore as a Hub. The consultant will lead HALO’s market entry into Singapore, navigate complex donor networks, build relationships with key philanthropic prospects, support senior-level access, maintain donor and stakeholder momentum, and ensure compliance with key intermediaries.

Requirements

• Deep familiarity with Singapore’s philanthropic landscape, including intermediaries, SFO behaviours, and cross-border routes.
• Proven experience in donor engagement, stakeholder management, or philanthropy advisory in Singapore.
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements (DAFs, PTIS, QLI onboarding, AML/KYC)
• Ability to operate with discretion, cultural sensitivity, and high trust.
• Excellent written communication and ability to develop compelling funding materials.
• Strong organisational discipline and ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder processes.
