5-7 years of experience in fundraising database management, analytics, development operations, data strategy, or business intelligence. Experience with a CRM for fundraising or donor management
Grants Associate
3+ years of administrative experience, experience with Salesforce, and excellent communication skills required
Subscriber Support Representative
Associate's degree and 2+ years of customer service or CRM experience required
Research and Evaluation Intern
High school diploma, comfort with quantitative data, experience with surveys or research projects
