The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, manage customer inquiries, and ensure smooth operational workflows while maintaining excellent communication with clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French/English
