MDF Finance Analyst (BPO Contractor)

The MDF Finance Business Partner is responsible for running Market Development Fund (MDF) financial governance over business project management offices across Sub Regional clusters and countries in West and Central Africa (WCA) Region. The role will support the Finance organization to provide financial business support on MDF area, driving and maintaining high standard of financial discipline, business decision support and accountability within the designated markets.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, economics, or related quantitative field
• At least 5 years of relevant financial analysis work experience in international or big local companies
• Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills; able to resolve tough business problems with well-structured analyses
• Ability to work in highly diverse international environment and deal with complexity
• Ability to learn quickly and build strong stakeholder relationships across a matrix organization
• Exhibit high-degree of tolerance for ambiguity
• Knowledge of cards business and revenues streams would be advantageous
• Expert skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Hyperion and TM1 experience is an advantage
• Proven expertise in modelling techniques and managing large data sets
• Must be detail oriented to ensure accuracy and quality of output
• Strong bias for action and ability to proactively recognize and resolve issues
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse team and produce time sensitive deliverables
