Product Owner

We offer the newest mentality in Staffing industry and our core business are Candidates and Clients. As our client expands their suite of products and grows their engineering team, we are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner to own the development lifecycle and help bring our vision to life.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner in a software or SaaS environment
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product lifecycle management
• Experience with B2B web and mobile applications, ideally in the proptech or real estate space
• Proven ability to write clear and concise user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or equivalents
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Fluent in English (French or German are a plus)
• A user-centric mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
