The Headhunter Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our team, responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a headhunting or agency environment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, job boards, and direct headhunting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
