Job Description
The HeadHunter Group is seeking a Sales Supervisor for the Ho.Re.Ca channel to manage the Kosovo territory and a team of Pre-Seller agents, responsible for distributing sales targets and objectives, market expansion, and achievement of business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Economics or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Excellent command of MS Office suite
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, field dynamics, and execution
- Excellent communication and motivation skills
- Good knowledge of the English language
