Job Description
The Healing Place is a nonprofit recovery program providing hope, healing, and long-term support for individuals experiencing substance use and co-occurring behavioral health needs. Clinician Level 1 is an entry-level role designed for individuals beginning their clinical career, focusing on building foundational skills in assessment, group facilitation, and documentation while working under clinical supervision.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work, Counseling, or related field
- Working toward or eligible for CADC (or equivalent)
- Interest in substance use and behavioral health treatment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn, apply feedback, and grow professionally
- Basic proficiency with documentation and computer systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced residential environment
- Respect for diverse backgrounds and recovery journeys
