Clinician Level 4

The Healing Place is a nationally recognized nonprofit recovery program seeking a Clinician Level 4 to provide advanced clinical oversight, supervision, and leadership across programs. The role involves shaping clinical practice, supporting program development, and ensuring high-quality, compliant care within THP’s integrated recovery model.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Active independent Kentucky licensure (LCSW, LPCC, LCADC, or equivalent)
• Significant experience in behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment
• Proven experience providing clinical supervision
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Advanced clinical judgment and crisis management expertise
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced residential environment
• Respect for diverse backgrounds and recovery journeys
