Sr Specialist Sanitation

The Hershey Company Robinson plant is a high-speed complex environment producing a variety of products. The Sr. Sanitation Specialist will coordinate efforts to achieve and maintain sanitation programs, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. This role involves supervising certified employees, developing sanitation programs, leading audits, and acting as a technical resource for all departments. The role is on-site and requires a physical ability to work in a production environment.

Requirements

• Manage Sanitation employees schedule and responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain Master Sanitation Schedule and Environmental Microbiology Monitoring Program.
• Lead verification, monitoring, and validation of sanitation programs.
• Identify and develop sanitary design solutions.
• Develop and conduct periodic audits and review results.
• Develop and communicate sanitary information to employees.
• Act as a technical resource for internal and external audits.
• Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Establish and sustain effective relationships with employees.
