Housekeeper Per Diem

Join our team at The Highlands at Wyomissing, where your work helps create a clean, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff. We are currently seeking a dedicated Residential Housekeeper to maintain a high standard of cleanliness across our community.

Requirements

• Adheres to proper and regulatory procedures for cleaning and sanitizing the facility
• Maintains satisfactory standards in the safe and responsible use of chemicals and equipment
• Sorts, counts, stocks and distributes clean linen items as required
• Follows all prescribe cleaning procedures for various areas of the facility including routine inspections of area of leadership
• Demonstrates interest in learning additional aspects of the job
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills by responding to service requests with a positive attitude and sense of urgency
• Follows schedules and time frames for tasks to be completed
• Provides a positive role model especially during new employee training
• Assures the safety of the residents within the facility
