Apprentice Sailboat Rigger

Requirements

• Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds, stand for long periods, climb, and work in various weather conditions and heights.
• Technical aptitude with basic hand tools and ability to learn and follow technical instructions.
• Problem-solving skills, including hands-on problem-solving.
• Teamwork skills to work effectively with experienced crew members and yard staff.
• Knowledge of boats or a marina environment.
