Job Description
Hinckley is seeking an Experienced Marine Outboard Mechanic/Technician for their Stamford, CT location. The role involves servicing, repairing, and maintaining outboards, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring equipment is properly maintained. They offer boat building and servicing for a range of yachts from 29 to 76 feet.
Requirements
- Proficient in various outboard engines such as Mercury, Honda, Evinrude, Suzuki and Yamaha.
- Experience in all areas of sterndrive and outboard repair and maintenance.
- Experience in electrical diagnosis.
- Willingness to work with others.
- Some travel within the local area.
- Ability to work any assigned shift and overtime.
- Ability to work any assigned position.
- Ability to educate themselves with OEM technical training.
- Ability to “flex” to any position.
