Job Description
Hinckley Yachts Production is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee and elevate our Trenton, Maine campus. This is an opportunity to shape the environment where exceptional work happens every day.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management or a related field
- Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and service contracts
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations
- Hands-on experience with repairs and general maintenance preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office
