The Housing Company is seeking a Resident Manager to oversee daily operations of the Sunset Landing Apartments in Caldwell, ID, and support individuals in need while contributing to the well-being of tenants.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in property management, leasing, or customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized with ability to prioritize tasks
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
