Associate Director of Executive Engagement

The Associate Director of Executive Engagement will provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Deputy Executive Director of Campaigns, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics for key events. They will also work closely with the Senior Director of Development and Executive Engagement to prepare the Executive Team for donor meetings and trips. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience
• Experience supporting or working closely with C-suite leadership
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with a team
• Flexibility and ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
