The Manager of Digital Content will draft and design compelling and effective digital content for Navigator Research, a campaign incubated within The Hub Project that conducts a significant volume of quantitative and qualitative research. The person will craft and deploy social media content, design and support a digital content creator program, strategize and execute on our email program, manage and update our website, and work to expand the distribution and footprint of Navigator's social media platforms.
Requirements
- 3+ years managing a social media program from ideation to execution
- Experience with Mailchimp, including drafting content, executing content, and collaborating on strategy
- Knowledge of social media tools like TweetDeck, CrowdTangle, and/or Sprout Social
- Experience with content management platforms like WordPress
- Ability to analyze social media performance and make adjustments based on key metrics
- Excellent writing skills with experience experimenting with tone, voice, and personality
- Comfortable working on tight deadlines and experience working in rapid response or fast-paced environments
- Creative, flexible, organized, and detail-oriented
