Service Technician

Service Technicians will service all ICEE and restaurant equipment, work with minimal supervision, and attend weekly meetings.

Requirements

• Receives dispatched service calls and ensures a prompt response
• Performs preventative maintenance, troubleshoots or diagnoses service problems, and completes repairs
• Maintains inventory and maintenance on equipment
• Documents all work performed and closes out all activities
• Clearly communicates with customers and co-workers
• Performs assigned general warehouse duties
• Possesses a strong mechanical background and excellent organization and time management skills
