Service Technician

Service Technicians will service all ICEE and restaurant equipment, work with minimal supervision, and attend weekly meetings. They will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and complete repairs. Team members are provided with a vehicle, uniforms, tools, cell phone, tablet, and gas card.

Requirements

• Receives dispatched service calls as assigned
• Performs preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoots or diagnoses service problems
• Maintains inventory and maintenance on equipment
• Reviews service orders and service performed
• Documents all work performed
• Clearly communicates with customers and co-workers
• Performs assigned general warehouse duties
