Job Description
The Service Technician will service all ICEE and restaurant equipment, including Frozen Carbonated and Non-Carbonated dispensers, fountain beverage equipment, ice makers, juice dispensers, etc. with minimal supervision, while maintaining customer relations and performing assigned general warehouse duties.
Requirements
- Receives dispatched service calls and ensures a prompt response
- Performs preventative maintenance, troubleshoots or diagnoses service problems, and completes repairs
- Maintains inventory and maintenance on equipment
- Documents all work performed and closes out all activities upon completion
- Clearly communicates with customers and co-workers
- Performs assigned general warehouse duties
