Job Description
CST Case Manager position responsible for providing mental health assessments, treatment plans, case management services, and community support services to members. Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Must be self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in counseling, rehabilitation counseling, social work, education, vocational counseling, psychology, pastoral counseling, family therapy, or related human service field
- 2 years of supervised clinical experience in a mental health setting or high school diploma/GED with a Certificate of Psychiatric Rehabilitation from a DHS-approved program/CRSS certification through ICB
- 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred
- Experience in community-based services preferred
- Experience in Crisis Intervention & De-escalation
- Valid driver's license
