Job Description
The Part-Time Property and Maintenance Manager oversees maintenance operations, property management functions, vendor services, and housing compliance activities for a portfolio of residential properties and office locations, serving approximately 55 tenants.
Requirements
- Experience in residential property management, facilities management, or supportive housing programs.
- Knowledge of HUD programs, IHDA housing programs, transitional living programs, or the Housing First model is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively.
