We are looking for a Sous Chef to manage the smooth running of the kitchen at Shaman, a coffee shop and wellness brand. The role involves managing food cost, producing high-quality food, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and service.
Requirements
- Responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen at all times in line with company standards
- Responsible for food cost management of the kitchen
- Produce consistently great quality food
- Run a professionally organised kitchen that meets highest hygiene standards
- Ensure all food handling regulations are always met
- Ensure all food hygiene inspections result in best reports possible
- Responsible for all employees (Rotas, holidays, sickness, trainings)
- Create and sustain a great working environment for all employees, in line with company's values
- Ensure consistently outstanding service to Guests and maximise business potential
- Act as an ambassador of the Initiative Group with guests & colleagues
