Maintenance Supervisor- Diamond Ridge Townhomes

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for our Diamond Ridge Townhomes in Oklahoma City, OK. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community, overseeing a team of maintenance technicians, and managing a department budget.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in property maintenance or equivalent maintenance-related fieldwork
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
• HVAC certification and CPO certification preferred
• Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) preferred
