Job Description
The Insurance Market is seeking a skilled Account Executive to manage new insurance sales and retain existing clients. The AE will develop and implement benefit strategies, maintain client relationships, and ensure service delivery meets client expectations. The role involves collaboration with Account Managers and Marketing to drive sales and growth. They are seeking someone proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Develop sophisticated benefit design and renewal strategies.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Marketing on pre-renewal strategy.
- Maintain accountability for revenue and profitability.
- Monitor project success in terms of scope, budget, and client satisfaction.
- Oversee onboarding of new clients.
