Senior Credit Underwriter Position-AUS

IFG is seeking a Senior Credit Officer to oversee commercial credit underwriting, portfolio management, and credit quality. The role requires analytical and organizational skills, as well as knowledge of credit, commercial underwriting trends, and corporate policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
• 3+ years of experience in underwriting commercial lending or specialty finance areas
• Highly advanced credit analysis skills and formal credit training
• Working knowledge of account major accounting principles
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial statement analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid problem resolution skills
• Ability to effectively interact with all levels of leadership and employees within the organization
• Ability to work autonomously, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to new demands and challenges
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with close attention to detail
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Competently utilize computer software – MS Word, MS Excel, and email
