Manager IT-Enterprise Applications

The Iowa Clinic is seeking a Manager IT-Enterprise Applications to lead daily operations for assigned enterprise applications, oversee software implementations, and develop high-performing teams. The role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on ensuring reliable performance, regulatory compliance, and effective day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare application leadership (EHR, perioperative, revenue cycle, or data systems)
• Strong background in application support operations, software implementations, and change/release management
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate across clinical and business functions
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
