Job Description
The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for ensuring food safety and quality of all ingredients, packaging, and finished products. They will lead the Quality Team and develop programs to ensure compliance with company quality and food safety policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food manufacturing operations
- Minimum of 2 years of QA/QC management experience
- Experience with GFSI, USDA, FDA, SQF, or BRC audits
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and capacity to multitask efficiently
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and effective listening skills
