Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will have hands-on ownership of quality systems, lead and develop frontline teams, and serve as a trusted resource on the production floor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in food science, Biology or Chemical Engineering or 4 years of experience in a quality role
• Food science and /or manufacturing preferred
• Proven leadership skills
• Possess communication and organization skills
• Possess supervisory ability
• Technical knowledge in food processing
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
• Possess understanding of sanitation principles
• Basic computer skills
• Be willing to work Saturdays and a swing shift during the processing season
• Able to work long hours - six days per week, any shift (year-round position)
• Spanish preferred
