Sourcing Manager, Operations Indirects

The Sourcing Manager, Operations Indirects is responsible for developing and executing category strategies for Secondary Packaging, Sanitation, Quality Control, select CapEx, and other assigned categories, leading the full sourcing lifecycle, and providing procurement support for assigned plants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or other relevant field
• 5 years of experience in procurement or category management
• Strong negotiation, analysis, communication, and influencing skills
• Highly organized with strong execution capability
• Proficient with ERP and procurement tools
• Experience with indirect categories
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and senior leadership
• Ability to travel approximately 30%
• Good English skills
