Team Lead Weekend Plus

Team Lead position available for an individual who enjoys motivating a team to meet goals established per shift. The qualified individual will communicate requirements to the team, monitor and encourage safe practices for team members, and provide training.

Requirements

• Ability to handle multiple tasks while under pressure and work in a team environment.
• Must be able to provide leadership to team members on various projects.
• Strong communication skills, writing and verbal
• Self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervision.
• Previous warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift and carry/move up to 50 lbs.
• Previous experience using WMS (Warehouse Management System) preferred, but not required.
• Must be available to work overtime as required.
• Bilingual for Spanish is preferred.
• Must be willing to submit a background check.
• Ability to work legally in the United States
