Join the JDK Events Team as an Event set up Team Member and help create unforgettable events. As a detail-oriented and organized team member, you'll be responsible for the preparation, transportation, setup, breakdown, and return of all event rental items.
Requirements
- Safely load, transport, set up, and break down rental equipment at various event venues
- Ensure inventory accuracy by matching items with rental orders and addressing discrepancies on-site
- Follow venue-specific protocols and site instructions
- Keep equipment clean, functional, and properly stored
- Operate box trucks, transit vans, and use lift gates, ratchet straps, dollies, and hand trucks safely and efficiently
- Follow rental diagrams and paperwork to ensure precise and complete setups
- Communicate with the Operations & Logistics Manager regarding timelines, issues, and equipment status
- Assist with catering equipment testing (e.g., ovens, fryers, heaters)
- Maintain a clean vehicle and organized warehouse space
- Guide and support new team members as needed
