Case Assistant

The Case Assistant provides support to residents with serious mental illness in living independently. The role involves working one-on-one with residents to achieve independent living skills and individual goals, advocating on their behalf, and performing administrative tasks.

Requirements

• High school degree or HSE
• Two years of experience in Human Services or Community Mental Health setting (preferred)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of products
• Ability and willingness to learn new systems and application software
• Valid driver's license (preferred)
