Job Description
The Jewish Board is seeking a Case Manager to work with adults with serious and persistent mental illness in a supportive housing program. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals living with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, or trauma, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree
- At least 1-year experience in Human Services preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of products
- Ability and willingness to learn new systems and application software
