Job Description
The Case Planner works with the entire family in evidenced based or non-evidenced based model programs, providing safety-focused assessments, counseling services, advocacy, and referrals for concrete services to stabilize the environment and improve family well-being.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or a related subject.
- Bilingual/bicultural preferred.
- Prior experience working in the child welfare system or with children and families preferred.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
