Job Description
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for implementing and overseeing new clinical services, supervising licensed staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies. The position also involves administrative functions, including budgeting and personnel management.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work and New York State clinical licensure (LCSW)
- At least three years of experience working with adults living with mental illness
- Two years of supervisory experience preferred
- Strong clinical group, family, and individual intervention skills
- Excellent organizational, leadership, team work, and communication skills
