Job Description
The Clinical Supervisor, LCSW is a member of the program's leadership team responsible for clinical supervision and professional development of licensed staff, implementation of evidence-based clinical services, and program compliance with regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work or mental health counseling
- New York State clinical licensure in social work (LCSW) or mental health counseling (LMHC-DP)
- Solid clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices
- Prior experience in DBT, Trauma Focused CBT, EMDR
- Excellent organizational skills, leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
- Experience working with electronic medical records and proficiency in Microsoft Office
