Therapist

The Therapist will provide Trauma Systems Therapy (TST) to families with children aged 5 and over who are impacted by trauma and at risk for foster care placement. The therapist will work with families to assess needs, develop intervention plans, and deliver therapy sessions. They will collaborate with other service providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to the family's care.

Requirements

• Provide Child Welfare Preventive Services exclusively or primarily within the client’s home and community
• Learn and implement the TST model
• Improve caregiver-child relationship as a way to restore the child’s functioning
