Jim Pattison Toyota Downtown is seeking an experienced Financial Services Advisor to join our leadership team. The role involves driving finance performance, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5+ years of automotive finance or F&I management experience
• Proven track record of strong finance penetration and product performance
• Valid VSA license (or ability to obtain immediately)
• Deep understanding of automotive lending, leasing, and credit structures
• Strong negotiation and deal structuring skills
• High level of accuracy in all financial and legal documentation
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly with customers
• Strong knowledge of compliance, regulatory requirements, and lender guidelines
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced dealership environment
• Proficiency with CRM systems and dealership software
• Professional, ethical, and performance-driven approach
• Strong collaboration skills with sales, management, and external partners
