The Joint Chiropractic is looking for a dynamic Team Lead to support our growing multi-unit franchise operation across the Northeast quadrant of Atlanta.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, and operations oversight
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and work confidently across multiple locations
• Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented
• Comfortable in a floating role with flexibility in schedule and location
• Background check required
• Previous management/key holder/trainer/team lead experience is required
