We're looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team and give our guests the perfect start to their day. The job involves setting up and managing the breakfast buffet for hotel guests, overseeing and preparing the lunch buffet for head office staff, and maintaining food hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements
- Experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar role
- Knowledge of breakfast cuisine, from classics to creative dishes
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Great organizational and time-management skills
- Passion for quality food and attention to detail
- Food safety certification is a plus
