Job Description
The Kennedy Collective is seeking motivated individuals to provide direct support to individuals with disabilities. The role offers comprehensive benefits, opportunities for growth, and a supportive culture. Shift options include 1st, 2nd, and Overnight shifts.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry)
- Compassion, patience, flexibility, and sound judgment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
