Job Description
The Janitorial Site Supervisor position is seeking a highly motivated individual to lead a janitorial team and provide comprehensive cleaning services. This role involves direct supervision, contractual compliance, and ensuring quality standards are met. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, buffing, carpet cleaning, and providing training to staff. The candidate should be flexible and comfortable working in a variety of settings.
Requirements
- Receive direct supervision from the Assistant Manager and/or Janitorial Operations Manager
- Receive direct supervision from the Assistant Manager and/or Janitorial Operations Manager
- Work a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
- Maintain a satisfactory driving record.
- Must be in possession of a car on site during the entire shift.
